First off let me start by saying I have never given a 5 star rating on anything, ever. I write reviews very often. This dental experience was 5 stars and then some. I was referred to Dr. Wall after I received a botched filling at Bright Now Dental (BND). From the moment I was walked into his office I was in a great deal of pain and extremely disgruntled with dentists in general. I had been through quite a terrible ordeal with BND. My dental visit with Dr. Wall certainly turned me around. There was little to no pain for the entire procedure. I especially dislike receiving injections and know that I can be a difficult dental patient to work with, these injections were nearly painless. His state of the art equipment is able to target the nerves directly, numbing the nerves almost immediately. He took pictures of the procedure before and after so I could see the changes and explained to me in detail everything that had been done by BND improperly and the things he was doing to repair the damage that had been done. He spoke to me about my options in length prior to the procedure to ensure I understood what was available to me. Throughout the procedure he regularly checked on me to see if I was alright and gave me more numbing medication as needed throughout the procedure. I cannot say enough good things about my visit.
In addition, his staff was pleasant and welcoming. His office is designed impeccably and feels quite cozy, not very much like your average dental office (like a dungeon). Dr. Wall not only saved me from the corporate dentistry chop shop, Bright Now Dental but he also made me realize that going to the dentist doesn't have to be a scene from the movie Hostel either. If you're looking for a new dentist I highly recommend Dr. Wall.
