Called at 11.30 on a Sunday and I was astounded how impolite the call agent is. I told him my address but he HUNG UP before I could tell him it's for 5 people and for 12 , not right away. I called back, was on hold again, and when Igot the same person, I told him I'm not done yet. Instead of feeling sorry, he said 'I thought you're done'. He put me on hold and got back on the line but when I was about to say the time. he hung up AGAIN right after he said my taxi is on the way, without estimated arrival time. GIVE YOUR CUSTOMER A CHANCE TO SPEAK. Have some basic human courtesy will you???? So frustrating. If only there were uber xL.
Edit: taxi was on time at least.
