Compared to some other reviews on here, I'd argue that Doodles really isn't that overpriced. You can get a pretty filling lunch here for 5 bucks or under. Additionally, the add-ins they give you with your ramen are served in substantial portions. The add-ins themselves are of great variety and offer things that aren't too easy to come by at other Green Street restaurants like quail eggs or Thai fish cakes. They also offer several pre-configured 5 dollar combos that offer lots of add-ins. Additionally if you're really bothered by eating top ramen noodles, get the #10 Fen Si Doodle- it's got bean thread noodles instead of ramen!
