Three stars for cleanliness, an amazing supply of different kinds of dog and cat foods, treats, as well as handmade customizable pet treats and knowledgeable staff. I spoke to a man named Fernando and he introduced me to a great new dog food brand that he feeds to his own dog and explained to me the benefits of this certain dog food compared to others and he provided me with a large sample that I could take home and test out with my own dog. I had yet to bring my dog in for a full groom but since he wasn't due for a full haircut yet I took him in for the self-serve bath. And let me say this, you really get what you pay for. The self-serve bath is a flat price of $10.99. The woman who led me to the bathing area asked me if I had done this before and I told her that I used to be a bather for another grooming shop back in California, and with that she provided me with a two brushes, some dry towels, an apron and a lead to tie my dog to the tub. She set a shampoo bottle down on the edge of the tub and walked away before I could ask what kind of shampoo she gave me. Though I brought my own shampoo because of my dogs skin allergies, so I got started anyway. A few minutes later I asked if they had any ear cleaner or a gentle facial shampoo that I could use to wash my dogs face and eye area and the woman apologetically said all she had was that one shampoo. When I was ready to dry my dog I asked the same woman if they had any happy hoodies that I could put on my dogs head because I know he's afraid of the dryer and she half-way threw up her hands and said "It's $10.99, this isn't a gourmet self-serve grooming shop." So I simply smiled and said "Okay." Dried my dog, paid, and left. Needless to say, I will not be back to use the self-serve bathing service, nor the full grooming services. I will, however, come back to buy food and treats for my dog because I had a great experience with Fernando and his extensive knowledge of pet food and he even went above and beyond for me when he offered to order a bag of the current dog food I used since they were out of stock in the store at the moment.
