They don't know their head from their ass.
I called over looking for a Magnepull. They said they had one and then quoted me a price. 20 minutes later they said they checked the case and part of it was missing. I thanked them for checking.
I called back a few moments later because I still needed a tool to finish the job. I said I needed a glowing push rod set and asked about what lengths they sell. The guy said they didn't sell anything like that. I asked if he knew what I was talking about and he laughed and said "no." I asked for someone that knew something about electrical work and he said the other guy was too busy.
How do you work in an electrical supply house and not know what a push rod set is and have stuff walking out the door.
