Moto is one of the few sushi places near DT that I know of...on top of it being centrally located, it also has some pretty damn good sushi! I have not been too adventurous with the menu...I normally always get the standard (a sake bomber, edamame, a roll, and some sashimi) but my co-diner decided to be gutsy and try "The Exit Wound" is possibly the hottest noodle bowl in the Southwest...so watch out! After that bowl, cool off with their ice cream sushi...it's two or sometimes three different types of ice cream (it's always a surprise and they won't tell you ahead of time what type of ice cream they are using for the night) and then rolled in rice crispies...definitely yummy. Two chopsticks up! :)
