Heidi was great. she personally calls prior to appt to confirm, and w/great directions. (the massage rooms are in the back of the gym). I got the prenatal massage, 55 min. for $55. I am pretty sure she went over the 55 min, just a little..if not, that's how relaxing it was, almost fell asleep. She was very nice and was there at the front of the gym to greet you and walk you back. Her room was dimly lit, with calming spa-like aromas and music, and a very warm, cozy heated table. Room was cozy. she was very knowledgeable and explained the process of the maternity massage to me, since it was my 1st one. She gave a wonderful massage, like she had 50 tiny fingers all at once massaging..even though she has only 2 hands :) was great with pre-natal massage. Felt very relaxed and worked my knots out on shoulders, neck, and even did a facial and scalp massage at no additional cost added on. she didnt talk to much or not at all, was perfect!Thanks, Heidi! would definitely recommended to friends -Emily C
