Sprint Store at 2501 W Happy Valley Rd Ste 18-1000 This is the closest store to my house, but after four years of little or rude service every time I go in, I will never go back. My business has 11 phones that are through Sprint so I have been going to this location about once or twice a year to purchase new phones or problem solve broken phones for my sales people. This evening was the last time. I arrived five minutes before closing (yes I know that is not a good time to go.) hoping to drop off an phone and pick it up in the morning. They closed five minutes early. I could see through the window that they where young and wanted to go home early. I tapped on the door and they ignored me. I waited for them to finish, and had planned on asking them if I could just slide my phone through the mail slot. Instead a snotty young manager named Lettie would not even give me a chance to speak but instead she said she closed on time and if I do not leave she was going to call the police. Police, I am an old man in a busy shopping plaza. WOW Sprint, looks like your employees at this location missed your training program. In fact, it looks like they have all been missing it for a few years. Last year I remember going in wanting help on two new phones, I was there for some time before a sales person approached me. He said if I want to know about the phones just read the label. In case you missed it earlier I am old and the only thing I know about the new phones was from my sales people and my kids. I was hoping to get information from someone that was a professional. They are not very professional.
