Worst experience ever! Do not go here for grooming. They under estimate the service price to you, then double it when you go to pick up your pet. My pet was not finished, they charged us 60 more than the estimate and did not finish the groom. We were told they would charge more to finish it if we brought our dog back in. My dog is double coated and we knew he might be more than the estimate, but being charged double price and then leaving him not finished is unacceptable. I talked to the Practice Manager, Megan, she would not do anything to alleviate the situation, was rude and non helpful. I am now waiting for a call from the owner, since she doesn't "know" their phone number. Wish I could give them a zero!
