Used to come here all the time and was always happy everything came out perfect. Took almost a whole years break. Came back a week ago ordered a med iced coffee with liquid sugar and light cream. I got a large (okay since I paid for a Med) but it had extra cream and regular sugar. Just an hour ago I went to get donuts for my family and coffee. Ordered a dozen donuts (drive thru) and a large iced coffee with again liquid sugar and light cream. I got my coffee with chunks of sugar at the bottom when I got home and opened my box of donuts I saw 10/12 and they were all glazed I ordered specialties. It wasn't worth it for me to drive all the way back or call just to bitch. But looks like I'll be taking a longer break this time. Very unhappy.
