This place is ridiculous. Several years ago we had a windshield replaced and was supposed to be given one of those incentive checks. Despite several requests...never received. Despite mentioning every 6 months when they call, never received. Today they hung up on me after they called me. I called them back, and was again hung up on when I asked about what company they worked for and whom I was speaking with. Fortunately, my first attempt went to voicemail and there was a recording.
