Your wine selection is horrible not everyone drinks beer. The bar area is always sticky, there is poor ventilation, the food is deplorable except for the odd time you get great wings which is few and far between nothing in this place is consistent other than the huge fruit flies, lack of knowledge of major sports events, backed up toilets in the bathrooms, no live entertainment, slow service or no service except for Tmara who is a gem, and an owner who really doesn't care about the regulars that are there helping his bottom line every single day you don't make money on the food you make it on the people drinking at your bar. You should do what you have said you are going to do. Renovate, manage your staff, educate your staff on sporting events, teach them how to work all the tv's, have some cool entertainment generally be aware of what your customers want. Enough said.
