Unfortunately I didn't keep a copy of the review I posted on FB. Sadly since there were an increased amount to poor reviews on the FB; all reviews were deleted. That alone should tell you how shady this place is!
We were taking our pup there for 6 months, initially everything was great and we were so happy with them. Then there were a bunch of new people there, the old staff that we knew and trusted were gone. We started seeing changes in our dogs behavior; such as pacing and aggression. I later learned that my dog was in a few altercations that we were never informed of. When I brought up that we noticed he was suddenly very possessive and aggressive with toys we got two different answers from the staff and the owner as to why. When I emailed the owner about my concerns I had to follow up for a week and when i finally got a reply, the response was very generic. I emailed again and requested a refund of the package I had remaining, she didn't even bother to reply to that email. This Monica clearly has no interest in what is best for the pups, she is only interested in lining her pockets. The current staff she have do not have the proper training on how to handle the dogs. Do yourself and your dog a favor.. Don't bring them to this place. You can't undo any damage that may be imposed on them. We were lucky to get our pup out of that environment quickly. We got screwed out of $200+ bc Monica has ZERO customer service skills, but At least our pup is safe.
