The worst part about this place is that the Caribou coffee is delicious. Unfortunately, it not delicious enough to put up with the horrible customer service. I went today to get coffee and bagels and after waiting for 15 minutes in a line that did not move I walked out and will not go back until they get new management. This location was fabulous when Josh was in charge. We we go a few times a week. Since he left it has been a in a death spiral. Our visits have dwindled and after today we will not be back. The wait is unreasonably long, orders are often mixed up and customers are visibly unhappy. We were not the first ones to walk out today. I cannot understand why corporate does nothing to get this store to function properly. With so many coffee shops out there I cannot justify coming here.
