I also was treated extremely rude when I asked for a receipt. The girl was snotty and acted like I was inconveniencing her. I was also called, while I was driving to my appointment, and told my pediatrician didn't work there anymore and they'd have to reschedule! She had left 5 weeks before!! Why didn't I get a call earlier! Now we're going to a different pediatrician and they're being rude about getting my sons records. Not helpful.
