The customer service here is despicable. I have never been treated more poorly in any other store in my life. I was returning an item after more than 10 days. I explained the reason and that is was still sealed int he package. It turned out I brought the wrong receipt as I had shopped there many times in the past. I was told to go home and get the receipt and was told they would exchange the item for me. Right away, I went home, got the receipt, then when I returned was treated VERY POORLY by the manager. He accused me of lying and told me he had no time to hear my story. He simply refused to return the item even though the girl before him said to get the receipt to do the exchange ??? THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS??? I felt humilitated in the middle of the store and will NEVER go back again. It is so sad that Mr. Starkman sold his business to these gaugers but better prices are everywhere else. I was just trying to keep supporting a neighbourhood business. Not anymore and will let everyone know how the management regards their customers. Deplorable.
Called Better Business Bureau and encourage others who are treated poorly by this manager to do the very same. We do not treat customers this way in Canada.
