Terrible customer service. I ordered a replacement battery for my my phone and when I called to ask how long it would take, I was told about an hour and that I wouldn't need an appointment. I drop the phone off around 11am and was told pick up between 2 and 3pm. Okay, not the time frame I was told originally and now I have to drive back up here from 30 minutes away but I'm in a rush so I go with it. My husband calls them at 2pm to confirm pickup, the guy says it will definitely be ready by 3pm. I show up at 3:30pm, I was told they need another hour. I kill an hour at Starbucks and go back at 4:30pm. Was told that they needed another 45 minutes. At this point I am done and I ask to speak to a manager. The guy working there said there wasn't one there, he was there by himself. I ask if he can give me a manager's number or can he call them, he says no. I give him a landline and ask for a manager to call me ASAP on that number. I get a call from someone saying that 1-the phone was harder to fix than they thought and 2-they've been really busy today. I get both of those reasons but jerking your customer back and forth saying it will be ready but when they show up it isn't REPEATEDLY is terrible customer service. I finally get a call at 6:15pm that my phone is ready. Picked it up and got a "sorry, we were busy" from the guy at the front and the manager never came to talk to me.
