Service at front desk extremely slow. Waiting in lobby for over an hour and express check in / check out kiosks they have here don't work. Staff nice but lacking knowledge on policies and prices, keep running on the back for no reason. very understaffed and keep taking platinum guests and totally ignoring other guests. Get ready for some serious waiting time before being able to get the room keys....
