This place has gone downhill. It was one of my favorite froyo places, but now it's dirty and bordering on gross. We went there last night because my son will only go here. There was no staff available to hand out sample - I saw 2 of the employees bolt out the back door. No one was at the register either. The floors were sticky, the toppings were scattered all over and not wiped up. The scale to weight on was covered with previous patrons yogurt - my daughter even noticed that there was yogurt on the cup that holds the spoons! Competitors are meticulous about cleaning - Orange Leaf seems to have given up. If my son wants to return I will let him buy some and leave - I am not buying any for myself anymore. Not giving my money to a place that cares so little for general cleanliness.
