It was me and my boyfriends first time eating here and our first impressions were awful. The exterior is really washed out and ugly and then when we go inside we get sat at a dirty table. We had no idea what we were doing and the waitress explained it a bit to us but the guy behind the counter was AWFUL.(he was the guy with the snake bites, dressed like he was still in highschool) He didn't help us at all besides giving us our bowls. He just sat there talking to a girl the whole time. I had no idea was the small container was for, I thought it was for the spices. It was a lot simpler than what it felt like at the time. I just wanted to leave without ordering anything because of how overwhelming it was. Just thinking about the unsupervised raw meat section makes my stomach hurt. The whole place just seemed very unsanitary and the employees seemed lazy. When we finally got our bowls, my boyfriends was half full. The prices are horrendous and the customers do half the work. We decided not to say anything and just never come back. The waitress was great and made our experience slightly better.
