Lost clothes with the dry cleaners. I have to say legend cleaners has earned my loyal business for life!! I brought in a ball skirt with gold inlay in the fabric. When I picked it up my skirt was solid black. I brought the skirt back and the owner was so gracious to hear my concerns. When he looked at the label it said hand wash. My fault. He took equal blame for his crew not noticing the label either. He gave me a fair credit to the store. (He is our regular cleaner anyways).
The fact that he could have turned it on me and said too bad, your 200$ skirt is your problem he didn't. I will donate the skirt and continue to give him my business!! (Oh, he told me to take the skirt with me too. Which I thought was generous!)
