I shopped for bridesmaids dresses here in the winter of 2016. I was able to get all my bridesmaids together to shop for dresses. It was our first opportunity to look together and as I had heard good things about this store and it's in my neighbourhood, I decided it would be the first stop.
When we arrived, we were made to wait in the front entrance area for over 10 minutes. Once they took us to the area where the bridesmaids dresses were, they provided almost no assistance. We looked through the racks ourselves and found some dresses which we liked. When we asked for the dress model numbers, the sales girl refused to give them to me. When our hour appointment was up, they rushed us out immediately despite there being no one after us. It took me three calls to the store to get the dress information and they didn't apologize for it at all. All of my bridesmaids ended up ordering one of the dresses we tried on that day but we opted to get it another store as we didn't want to support this establishment.
