I went here with my daughter and had a very unpleasant experience. First they changed the nail color that she chose because they said it would look better, she was so disappointed. She is young and loves picking out her own nail color so this was so sad. By the time she showed me, they were already almost done so I tried to convince her it was still nice. They also said that gel would be better for her because it would last longer...a couple hours later she only has 3 nails painted, the rest all fell off. I had said no to the gel many times but they kept insisting until I gave up. They did the same thing when I said I wanted regular paint on my toes. The lady doing my pedicure made my cuticles bleed on a couple toes. I had to pay extra to have my heals buffed with pumice stone (it was not included in their basic package) and the lady barely used it. My heals are no different than when I went in.
I've had many pedicures before and always loved how soft my feet were afterward...not the case here.
Then the worst part, when I went to pay I asked to put the tip on my card. After they charged me the total (which was much more than I had planned on because of all the gel they coerced me into), the lady told me they WANT their tips in cash. So I gave them the cash I had and the lady looked at me and said THIS IS FOR 3 PEOPLE?! I was so insulted. It was so rude. I didn't feel excited to give a tip in the first place after the subpar job I received but I was going to give a large tip nonetheless with my card. Because they demanded cash, I gave what I could after spending $30 more than I planned, and she has the nerve to say that to me. I won't be returning.
