Pulled up right at the station a couple weeks ago for a smog check. The employee who I usually see when I drive by was busy talking to a friend about 40 feet away. He looked over for a moment, then went back to his conversation, appearing to be concluding it, but was in no rush and didn't even give me a wave. Between the obnoxious "Tips R Cool" KFC bucket and him still not coming over, I pulled out and took my business to somewhere that wanted it.
It's good to have and enjoy down time at work, but be ready to take care of customers when they do come.
