Since my first negative review was apparently deleted, I am trying again. This is not a good company, they did not provide any of the services that everyone else got nor that was promised. They arrived with a truck clearly too small for the move (it was not a semi-truck, it was about the size of a large U-Haul), they had no garment boxes as promised, they had no plastic wrap to cover my furniture before putting it on the dolly. They sent 3 men as promised but one of them was very old and did little other than organize the truck. The last time I moved - about 1.5 years ago with about the same amount of stuff - it took 3 men and 6 hours, this one took 8 hours and they did not complete the move (left 25% of my stuff behind). They initially refused to move my fridge because it was "too heavy" and they could not take the doors off because it would "void my warranty" (which is totally not true) but when I showed them how to move it without taking the doors off they agreed. However, at the new house the doors did need to come off to get it in the house, they again refused saying it would "void the warranty" (again not true) and left it in my garage. A response to the post that was deleted said it was because they needed special tools (totally not true nor mentioned). My son and I moved it into the house by taking the doors off with a screw driver (apparently by them considered special tools) 3 days later. I just hired movers to take furniture to Los Angeles, they came with the correct size truck, plastic wrapped my furniture, including a flimsy book case with all of the books still in it and the handled the move quickly and efficiently. Looking forward to seeing if this review stays here.
