My daughter was left a message over a week and a half ago saying that her blood work was low in Ph and they needed to run tests to make sure her cells weren't cancerous. She called them back leaving a message, (which was her only choice based an answering machine that wouldn't give you a live person option,) and it has been over 4 days without a return call. I would think that with something this serious they would make more of an effort. Wait until I get a chance to speak with them face to face. My guess is we are not the first family to experience this.
