Most unorganized, incompetent, unprofessional people I've dealt with in recent memory. Can't even figure out how to schedule one appointment, and they wanted our son to go 2 to 3 times per week! After a successful first appointment, they scheduled us for the wrong location even though we had already been seen at the Glendale location. Then we made three separate appointments and when I went in for the first one I wasn't in the computer for anything even though we had been given specific details for two speech therapy appointments and a feeding evaluation. They had no record of anything being scheduled anywhere and even had no idea that we had already been in there once for the initial evaluation. Seriously do yourselves a favor and go literally anywhere else
