I purchased a Groupon for a simple mani/spa pedi at Artistry. I have now called Gary 4 times, reaching his personal message. In his message, he promises to return calls left "during normal business hours" within 24 hours. He has not returned any of my calls. I have asked Groupon to refund my purchase. I haven't the time, nor the inclination, to deal with a vendor that is either incompetent or arrogant... or in this case perhaps, both. I have no confidence now that he would give good service on any level of proficiency or courtesy. Stay away.
