Writing from my honest experience... Which I find to be very sad considering I never had a problem in the two years my husband and I lived there. We loved the community when we first moved and never had any problems while living there. The area is quiet and the leasing agents tend to walk the grounds from time to time. In our experience however it was more so the staff that was completely rude and left us a bad taste when we finally moved. I'm so relived that we never have to go back again! The service they provide is not to "please" your tenant but rather nickle and dime them for all they've got upon moving out. Seriously, they charged us for replacing the ENTIRE carpet in our apartment, when the carpet wasn't even brand new and ALREADY lifting upon our arrival! They also charged us for one pee spot that our friends dog who we baby-sat left! Need I mention, we took the time to even shampoo the carpet before we left! The place looked spotless to me and acceptable, yet on top of all of that cleaning, they charged us for "wiping down the draws" the dust.... In the drawers... Normal wear on any house... And that was worth $150, not $25-$75 no the whole $150 cleaning over NOT wiping down drawers! If you ask me that is beyond ridiculous. When we tried to fight it, the director or whoever Christina is was not considerate at all, (in fact she was need I say a total B****)nor did they offer any sort of discounts considering we paid our rent every month and never caused any issues while there. It really just left the WORST impression and I'll never recommend this place to anyone unless they're willing to pay a fortune for the dust they leave behind.
