This place is amazing! I signed up to simply try this studio and the courses for just a trial run as Facebook offered three classes for free. Well, after my first class I was hooked! The workout definitely kicked my butt but it was exactly what I was looking for! The Staff are very friendly and remember your name when you walk in. The studio instructors are very knowledgeable of the work out and make every class fun and help to keep you motivated.Not to mention that the studio is always nice and clean prior to your work out! This studio is about 30-40 minutes away from me but it is definitely worth my drive and time. I Love Cardio Barre!
