This is a must if you are going to Vegas. The delivery was flawless both in the service and the food. We started with Beef Tartare & Sourdough, Hummus & Toasted Pita, Biscuits and Calamari Steak. For three that was a ton of food. The Tartare was a huge portion and wonderful taste, the Hummus was perhaps the least exciting offering but still good. The biscuits were to die for and you have to use the infused honey, you'll want a bowl! The calamari was served in steak finger fashion rather than old boring rings and again the sauce was excellent.
We then ordered a filet, short ribs and fish and chips. The fish and chips get served as part of an art deco arrangement of the whole real fish, very impressive. The short ribs were so soft you could have cut them with your napkin and the filet was cooked perfectly. I warn you every dish came out piping hot, get your drink ready.
