Worst customer service ever. Tried to cancel well in advance of the 30 days, and there's no refund, no gift cards issued, no understanding at all unless I can get a doctors note - for a family emergency is ridiculous. They'd rather you just NOT SHOW UP than give them any advance notice, because to refund and give you a gift card, it costs an additional $50. It was already too expensive, and they'd rather we didn't show up. Never again - I will never recommend them to ANYONE ever.
