Nice, independent coffee shop off the main drag of the South Side. Staff is friendly, coffee is good (skilled baristas and Intelligentsia beans) and baked goods are yummy. This is a great place to sit and read/relax while enjoying a cup of coffee. I wish their cappuccino was more traditional in style as the label "real cappuccino" leads you to believe...even the small is a bit heavy on the steamed milk...but by asking for less milk, you will end up with a smaller, stronger drink that is really really good. (Yes, I am picky about my cappuccinos. Hey, I know what I like.) Overall, a wonderful, local place that is by far the best coffee shop in the South Side.
