The title The Perfectionist is not giving this company enough justice for their above and beyond services! We moved to Phoenix barely 2wks ago and was promised a very tidy, clean ready move into house. It was cleaned twice by a realtors "friend" who was recommended by them to help out the landlord that lives out in the east coast. It was cleaned twice and carpet shampoo'ed and master freshly painted. Well someone was taken for a ride 6hrs of work charged for 5min wipe down is giving it too much credit? I didn't want to put any of our items on any surface let alone walk on the carpet. The bathrooms smelled of year old urine with a side of UTI. The front hallway smelled of a very pungent BO with a side of dog eau de toilet. I don't think the tenants before us ever cleaned anything in the 2.5yrs they lived here and I think the inches of grim on almost every surface can vouch that I'm not over exaggerating!
My husband called Diana and she was very accommodating and was ready to come to our house in 2days. We explained our situation and not one task we asked for was was meet with a up-charge or a I don't do that. Which is a plus because living in a hotel for a week was taking its toll on this family. They showed up with a 4-person magical fairy team ready, knowledgeable of what we wanted less of a minute to reiterate what was key areas that we wanted extra attention and they were off.
2.5hrs later my "new" house was move in ready. The detail to their work was phenomenal! Baseboards, walls, shower heads, behind sink knobs, hand scrubbed floors, and base of toilets. Was beyond my OCD dreams of what clean was. We said top to bottom they went top, bottom, underneath, sideways, circled, and reversed on everything!! The price at first was a little up there but after they were done we got a fantastic deal. I think we found a new cleaning service to come 1-2 a month for deep cleaning, which will save my back from wear and tear and it will be worth its weight in gold. Thank you for your team of very qualified staff and their work they deserve a big salute, keep up your wonderful service, you'll be the first one I'll recommend to anyone.
