I came to Short Leash with my boyfriend on Friday night. We had been before, but only for the beer, as part of the Ale Trail months ago. This time, we already had a few beers in us but were stoked to try some hot dogs. Short Leash did not disappoint! As mentioned by other Yelpers, the vegetarian dog isn't spectacular--however, I am always just happy that there IS a vegetarian option, and that it's available as any menu item. So nice! I had the Lady, which our server recommended, and it was so delicious. Those deep-fried pickles really get me, you know? My boyfriend had the Mac Daddy, and he couldn't stop talking about it. Seriously, the next morning he was still telling me about it and I kept having to remind him that I was there. Overall, awesome food, awesome beer, AWESOME service. I left a note for our server, Amanda, and after the large Chainbreaker I had, I think it read like a love note; hopefully I didn't scare her, because we will absolutely be back!
