WELL, it looks like this review is consistent with others here. After 16 months of my last visit here, I have received a bill for the care that my son had received. It is unbelievable the story that I am getting from them in regards to how their billing works. The billing that I received was to be for the same exact service, visit time and care received. My bill shows different and they decided to add a service for an additional $160. Whatever the charge was, it wasn't covered and now I had to pay for it. Hear is the problem, they didn't decide to send me the bill until 16 months after the date of care.
I received the bill last month, inquired immediately and was given the multiple excuses of why it was different and why it takes so long to bill. Sounds to me like they have quite the list of excuses to use. Anyways, I sent a check for payment. 30 days later, I receive another statement from them showing no payment. Now I have to pay for a stop payment on my check and get on the phone again with them. I go through the story again and decide to just not deal with it any longer and pay over the phone. IF THEY WOULD HAVE SENT A BILL IN A TIMELY MANNER WITHIN 90 DAYS OF SERVICE, THIS COULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED OVER 1 YEAR AGO!
Don't waist your time as they look to be consistently difficult in all areas.
