I would like to give no stars. Rose, the ticket person was pleasant; the star goes to you. But from the escalator and on, the service was pathetic, and extremely unprofessional.
Cassandra who served us our two chicken wraps and burger, you were rude, arrogant, never made eye contact or spoke with us.
The guy that took our tickets was busy yakking with a colleague, mumbling something, without turning and making eye contact or a smile, we were to turn left for IMAX.
Scotiabank theatre staff and management, you make it really easy to wait for the movie to come out on Netflix, and have better service for less money and we don't have to put up with your lousy attitude. I'm surprised you're still in business.
