Terrible experience. Went to exchange an online item, they did the return so that it would send me a merchandise credit in the mail. Making it so I would have to purchase my new item...spend more money. After getting fairly upset with the manager, she finally told me I could bring in the merchandise credit and they will credit my card back and repurchase it with the new credit. Wow!! A lot for exchanging a swimsuit bottom!! Not to mention... They didn't give me a receipt for the return. I have a handwritten note about the merchandise credit. ??? The only reason this isn't one star is because the sales associate was so nice....manager was terrible.
