I came in for an oil change. I got there early but still there was a lot of cars ahead of me and I needed to be out of there by a certain time. After discussing with me some other things that needed to be done on my car, Scott immediately offered a loaner car and I was able to get where I needed to go and have my car serviced at the same time. Scott is always so nice and helpful. I appreciate his excellent customer service. I have a long way to drive to get there, but I will continue to bring my car there because of their standard of service. It's refreshing in this day and age when customer service has pretty much disappeared.
