I stayed at a friend of mine's apartment and it was hell. She has been there for five years before this company took over. She has the neighbor from HELL!!! I personally do not think that he believes in quite hours. I understand that apartment walls are thin, but he is ridiculous. He started around 11:30 p.m. talking on his phone and I could hear the whole conversation, so you know he was talking loud. He continued until about 3:00 a.m. and it does not help that he also has a dog. So, he begins to yell at her to be quite because she is barking. I did not mind the barking because that is what dogs do; however, him yelling at her made it worse. My friend has complained about him several times and they sent out generalized letters versus talking with him specifically. He is the main problem not the whole complex. When my friend complained one time the office told her "if you want quite hours you need to purchase a house". So as a visitor if he was my neighbor I would have to break my lease because he is just horrible. I would not want to rent from a place that feels one tenant is better than the other. So, think before you rent here.
