I ordered the miso ramen. All ramen orders already include egg, bamboo shoots, black fungus and corn. The pork belly was moist. My soup was not too salty, the tonkatsu was saltier, but both broths are lighter than Kintons (on Baldwin st). Tea is $2. We were a table of 6 and waited about 20 mins for a table on a weekday rainy night. This place tops my list for ramen, Definitely would line up again =) Decor is sailor themed and cozy.
