If you need to go to Best Buy, sélect any other location than WEST MIFFLIN. Customer Service is at your own risk. Returned a defective computer a week outside their 14 day return policy stating I'd buy a better upgraded system if they'd take item back. Both Geek and General Manager said no. Asked if I was being treated fairly? No! I went to the Waterfront location, explained the computer issue, my request to exchange/purchase an upgraded system...no problem said the managers! I'll bring my business to the Waterfront location as they know what Customer service is all about.
