do not work with this woman renea crosta! she is extremely rude, took my application fee and never gave me an explanation as to why i was turned down. i have emailed her repeatedly and asked for a recept for which my money were used. she flat refused to do so, then said she would give me a letter from the owner explaining why i was turned down, "that i never received!" my credit is good, my income meets all the requirements nor did she contact my employer or my references. she charged me $160 application fee to run my credit, she never explained the application fees or process. when i was asked to bringt in my application she was not available, not knowing the process i basically handed her receptionist $160 to run my credit. when i initially called her with an offer of $1500, she said the house did not even have to be rented because two doctors owned it, i asked why was it listed and price lowered twice from $1690 to $1650 to $1600.this is an application scam! do not waste your money or time.
