I was in Vegas for the weekend when I had a medical need. I searched yelp for an urgent care close by. I was very pleased I was able to register and be added to the waiting list online for this location, so I did not need to waste my time waiting in the waiting room. I'm always concerned about other contagious people who may also be in the waiting room, so this was a huge plus.
They called me within about 20 minutes to let me know they were ready for me. I drove over there, filled out some basic paperwork, and I was in and out of there in about 30-40 minutes. All the staff (front desk, nurse, doctor) were courteous, pleasant and provided good care. The facility looks new - it was clean and pleasant. I was able to get a prescription filled at the CVS on the opposite corner, so the whole process was very smooth.
I was very happy with the efficiency and service received at this location.
