Very unprofessional customer service, they have a sign out the door with business hours saying they are open till 5 on Saturday. I go in on Saturday at 430 to make my payment and they were closed during business hours. I had to wait till Monday and they were trying to charge me over $100 of late fees. This is not the only office the closes during business hours! That's why I changed to Geico! Way better and cheaper
