I've now been to this shop on four different occasions. The first time the male nail tech Ti (?) did an amazing job on my nails. Perfect coffin shape and no mistakes, and no pain. The second and third time I got a younger girl who was nice but was not as good as Ti and she made me bleed. She skinned my pinky and tried saying I had weak cuticles... I'm sorry but the skin way below my nail is not my cuticle and regardless I shouldn't bleed while getting my nails done. I went last night and had an older woman do my nails and I have never had such an unpleasant experience getting my nails done. I bled on FIVE different fingers and the paint job is not the best. My nail beds are so red today and it looks awful and still hurts. It's sad that I can't just walk in and trust that every technician is held to the same standard. I will only come back to this place if Ti is available and no one else is touching my nails here.
