I had Wave out on a Saturday... and then out again the next Saturday for a redo. I certainly did not receive the same service the rest of the Yelp reviewers received. My expectations were not met; even after I asked the first team to correct a couple of things, they still weren't correct. A picture left hanging crooked in the hallway? A chair left in the middle of the room? Decorations rearranged? I was expecting at the very least the quality of hotel maids.
The second team was much better, much more thorough... but I still had to ask her to go back and dust several frames that were skipped, and the bases of the toilets were still dusty. Three maids in the span of two weekends cleaned it and there's still dust? Scratched up the "chrome" on my faucets? No third chance.
