ZERO STARS -0. I prefer to yelp good business, but will take the time to warn others about a rip off company. There are many storage places in the area. I chose this storage because it was a well known name, but I see this was a MISTAKE. So, my first month 03.14.14 should be $1, but I paid $60+ for fees, mandatory lock, mandatory insurance, so what exactly do you mean first month $1? On April 15th I was charged $43+. I was told because I did not pay on the 13th. Then they say my rent is due on the 1ST (May 1st). Well, that means I will pay rent in 2 weeks. Lucky for me I took my stuff out. I not only paid $43 for 2 weeks April 15th - May 1st, but part of that was a $20 late fee for not paying on April 13th. Seriously, does this company think it deserves over $100 in 31 days (March 14th-April 15th), along with more rent on May 1st? So, if you want to pay $100+ (2 payments) for your first 31 days for their smallest space, you are foolish because you have been warned. I think I need to notify the BBB and post this review to many sites to warn people about this location or PS altogether. I took my stuff out on May 4th, and received an urgent call the next day to pay for May. Now they want $6 more dollars because PS feels my rent is due on the 1st although I just paid space rent 2 weeks ago. I will pay the $6. However, this is a scam company. You will see when you see the lengthy contract. I told the front desk the light turns off in the hallway after like 30 seconds and it is creepy in there, no adjustments made. After my first week I noticed they must have entered and placed some rat poison in my space. Nice to know they enter your space; do you have a key to my expensive lock? I could write more, but I am sure there is a sucker born every minute and people will still use this location. But for those who wanted to make an informed decision you have been warned!
