DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The "Relocation Specialist" lied to me by telling me that my belongings would be delivered "2-4 days after pickup". Its been 12 days & they STILL have not delivered my belongings. Ive lived for 2 weeks with no clothes, furniture, bed, etc. They do not answer/return calls. They are virtually holding my own property hostage from me. I had to contact the Arizona Attorney General to get them involved.
There is NO communication and they take advantage of people in a vulnerable situation (a move). They put obscure clauses in the contract - you have to pay in cash, they add ALL sorts of charges to the original quote, they change the timeframe, etc.
This company is a complete and utter disgrace and I have no idea how they are in business.
