I came in to this Barbershop a few days ago and was there at 9:02am, not one person in the waiting area. I wasn't greeted or acknowledge. There was 2 barbers with a client on their chairs. At 9:22am a client came-in sat for about 2 minutes and was quickly helped. At about 9:29am another person came in and again was quickly sat down. It wasn't until about 9:35am when one of the barbers looked at me and said "do you have an appointment, because we're pretty booked and the other barbers don't come in until later" (how is that for some great service?) Awful service. No respect for new clients. It would have taken no more than 30 seconds to have acknowledge me and not ruin my morning and going out of my way to come to this place. There's other places that appreciate our business and me and my family will make sure to share this experience with friends and co-workers so they can stay away.
